Hi Sarah, In standard AX there are options to setup collection letters in the customer posting setup. You can "exclude" them by creating specific posting setup for those customers and do not fill the Collection letter field. When they all belong to a customer group, you can also set this for the complete group. Also per customer transaction, you can disable the Collection letter field which will exclude transactions. In the past I had done some customizations where at customer level a new field was created to include in collections or not. Then this field can be used in the process when you generate the collection letters.
