The current list page is not intended to do this. Probably you can create a complete new one based on an extended query. Note that leaving repeated columns empty is not a standard behavior of AX grids. I wonder if you can achieve the required result. If possible it would not be easy. Also it would be not possible anymore to filter or sort on certain columns like the name or customer group. I would convince the customer to not go for this requirement as it is not in line with standard AX patterns.
