Try to Run Visual studio as administrator , right click on Visual Studio Icon and click on Run as administrator also Run AX as administrator and then try to deploy reports from AOT.as per my knowledge this error related to User Account Control (UAC) , follow this article : technet.microsoft.com/.../gg724094.aspx
