Hi Sandeep, You need to first isolate the problem. You mentioned that it works fine in your local computer inside company's firewall so it hints that the problem may not be related to AX. You have not mentioned which report you are trying to run. Is it some custom process which you guys use to "Download" reports from AX. Normally I haven't seen such process in standard AX so far. You also mentioned "It happens with many AOS's out of 28 different AOS's that are being used"? Can you please elaborate how do you identify that the issue happens on a particular AOS?
