Hi Nhi Phan. I've just had a minute to take a second look at this issue. First time around I missed that you had setup the quality association to create the quality order when you post the Receipt list. I tried your scenario and with 'Full blocking' selected on the Item sampling I get a Inventory blocking order for 100 - even though I have posted a Receipts list for 60. But I don't understand why you trigger the quality order from a Receipts list - why not trigger it from a Product receipt. Then you'll have separate batch numbers and separate quality orders and separate inventory blocking orders. Your set-up is to drive Quality management before put-away, but it's perfectly reasonable to post a purchase order product receipt; perform Quality management (and pass the quality order); and then put-away into the warehouse. I don't think you can build your Quality process based on Quality orders after Receipts list - but I'm sure you can build a process based on Quality orders after Product receipt. Regards Tim
