Hello, we are using AX4.0. I have an issue whereby users are cancelling bank reconciliations incorrectly. Rather than going to bank reconciliation cancellation, they are just unticking the reconciled transactions, then they disappear when the bank rec is deleted. Please can someone advise where these transactions go and if they can be restored, or if its possible to lock reconciled transactions to prevent them unticking? Hope that makes sense? Thanks
