What do you want exactly ? And what is your Ax version ? For specific Customer not accessing to every items ? You can use Record Level Security or XDS (see msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh272123.aspx ) to restrict the access of certain data. Try also item list (but not sure it's available on previous version than R3) -> in any case you will need to do some customizations with that solution.
