We have an employee that when they log in to Windows as their self and then log into AX as their self they are unable to pull the drop down and view/select from existing credit cards. However, when they log into windows as another user and into AX as their self they can see/fully process all credit cards. Any insight on what could be causing this? Thank you in advance!
