I experienced the same thing today. I can confirm the solution already provided works. Here are some screenshots to solidify the solution. You've deployed a developer box using LCS and the Internet Explorer settings is preventing you from expanding the sections on the checklist, which effectively prevents you from completing the steps. Find Internet Options either from Control Panel or through Internet Explorer Find the Advanced Tab and the button to reset the settings If you still have the AX client open and you can access the AOT (I opened the client using the -development switch) you can immidiately after the reset find the menu item to open the checklist. Select and click the Open Icon. Alternatively, start the AX client again and the checklist will automatically load. When the checklist is open, you will be able to expand the sections. Good catch! Hopefully this will be fixed in future deployments from LCS.
