Hi; Have you tried using payment fee on customer payment journal. You can create a payment fee for paypal and it also has flexibility to define percentage on payment fee setup for a particular method of payment. You can also define account to which the charges will be posted. I am not 100% sure if this will map your requirement exactly, but it's worth a try. Pranav
