Hi; Is there a local printer that everyone is using? FRom what i have seen, print management is customer/vendor specific and you define the print destination on individual reports. The reason can be because you can automate sending emails when report is generated and different report can have different destinations for the same vendor but updating print management destination is lot of work if done manually. If the printer is local, isn't window's default printer is showing up for the users? Pranav
