Hi, We are using expense system in AX 2012 R3. While attaching receipt as Image file (.bmp,.pdf, .jpeg or .png) we are able to attache but we are not able to preview in Enterprise Portal screen. We have checked all following area. 1. The account logged in as Administrator on AX and EP server 2. Active directory is shared and full access to Admin user 3. I am not sure document type in document management correct or not (picture attached) 4. Preview is missing in preview pane. (pic attached here) 5. Also we have observed if we select location as Database in document type for embedded, we are able to preview picture in preview pane. 6. In document management parameter > file type > require file type is configured (by default like .bmp, .jpeg etc) I have checked all possible area not able to find the positive result. Please share the thoughts if anyone has resolved or configured this.
