Hi Hsiam. I've never come across workflows in the Inventory management module. If you look at the menus in other modules (like Procurement and Sourcing) you see the option to setup workflows - but not in Inventory management. Customization is theoretically possible - but in practice I don't think you should attempt that. What are you trying to achieve? Most sites implement Purchase requisition or Purchase order approval workflows. Then once the purchase order is confirmed, the arrival journal is simply used by the warehouse staff to confirm put-away locations and details like batch numbers, and then they post a product receipt (or the user posts a product receipt to confirm receipt of a service). Then you're going to create and post a purchase invoice - you can use a workflow there to approve an invoice which is different from the purchase order. Sorry - I completely mis-interpreted your question.
