We are doing a standard cost conversion when implementing AX 2012 because average cost in 2009 was pretty bad (lengthy closes, blizzard of errors, millions of transactions). In 2012 we will now have the pain of creating multiple costs across multiple sites when there is really only one cost by company. Is there an easy scenario to implement standard cost at the company level? In our converted data the site options in the tracking, storage and other groups are greyed out. If somehow we could remove the check on financial inventory by site would that work? Or has anyone created a mod to copy new standards automatically to all sites as an option? Thanks for any advice.
