dear mr andre in the instance case the mistake of technical team for reloading M R was with the number of users chosen they said, they were trying with 10 users and later they reduced it to 5 and M R could reload correctly now M R is working well regarding the attachments, i uploaded before sending the message, it disappeared after i completed the message sending cycle images cannot be pasted or uploaded and attached to the mail here i shall send it from my personal mail for your reference sorry for delayed reply many thanks
