What version is this exactly? I can't find it on the list here: www.toddklindt.com/.../Post.aspx . Looks like a SP1 (mark 1) which from what I know has some issues as well. Can you try to get a Mark 2 SP1 and see if it works? Can you actually update the installation of the server with another version? Or is this is a Live server?
