When viewing a customer, under the "Sell" tab is a button labeled "Special Conditions". Once you click on that, you'll see the special conditions assigned to the customer. If you highlight one, you have a Transactions button where you can go in and normally be able to delete the transactions so you can then delete the special condition. It is not allowing this for some reason. Thanks
