Hi, We have stock we cannot process anymore. We believe it is caused by cancelling the sales order work for salesordershipping. The work is cancelled and still reserves the items in the location. Also at times the sales work is done, but cannot be delivered at the outbound dock. The items are then on the users' mobile device reserved. Our operation is locked everytime a cancel is done. The licenseplate with items cannot be moved to another locations in the warehouse. Is this is bug or how to solve it? J.
