First determine what is actually going on. From the Sales order, click the line Inventory button, and Transactions. This will show you all of the remaining estimated inventory transactions. If any of them say Picked, that's the problem. If the total of all of the estimated transactions (On order plus Reserved ordered plus Reserved physical plus Picked) is less than the remainder on the Sales order line, you could have a more serious issue entireley. Also from the Sales order, click the line Inventory button, and Marking. Here you will see if the line is marked against a Production order. You can also see this from the Sales order line by expanding Line details, on the Product tab, under Item reference, i.e. Reference number, Reference lot, and Reference type. However, these can be blank at the movement (Sales order) and still be set at Inventory, so the Marking form is more reliable, and it's also the place where you would remove the marking so that the Sales order line could be canceled.
