Hi Muhammad, We had been facing similar issues in our customer environment in the past and after applying proper hotfixes provided by MS, we could able to resolve the issue to an extent..... Rodolfo has already mentioned two in the above post. Initial release of AX Retail POS had all such issues. It would be ideal, if you can go with AX 2012 R3, CU10 as it has lot of resolutions to various bugs, specifically related to POS performance. This is just purely the suggestion based on the our previous experiences, although in your live environment, it may not be possible. Additionally, ask your technical person to debug the code. You would find at couple of places, system is trying to connect to HO DB to validate the staff / item and hence causing the lot of issues in terms of performance. Also check, if you have multiple offers / discounts in the related tables. Just try to remove those records and see the results. At certain places, system is trying to go through all the offers (multiple times) and hence causing the performance issue. Since this would be due to REPEAT Loops, you would not find it in SQL profiler. Please ensure you are doing all the above steps in TEST ENVIRONMENT only. Best Regards, Vishal Salot
