How do you find the cost balance of a sick benefit accrual plan and a vacation benefit accrual plan? do I have to calculate the liability manually each month by downloading the hours in the plan? Also, in ax 2012 r3, the accruals look to be based on hours worked during the period. if employees are paid semi monthly and earn X hrs per month regardless of hours worked, how can you set the accrual rate per pay period?
