I'm slightly confused by what you said that you can "see that Contact A is associated with Employee B". Relationship visibility is only seen in the Global Address Book. Did you mean the 'Contact for' field on the All Contacts list in Sales and marketing module? The scenario you described originally does not occur by default, rather, by design. By that I mean, assuming by HR contacts you mean Workers and their Emergency contacts, these records don't show up in the All Contacts list in Sales and Marketing by default. You will only have HR contacts show up in the All Contacts list in Sales and marketing if the HR contact record is created from an existing Sales and marketing contact or vice versa. The above is true for AX2012 R3 and possibly earlier releases of AX2012 (it's been a while that I've logged into pre-R3). Can you confirm the exact scenario in terms of which form/list you are having this issue? Also worth checking within your organisation that HR workers have not been expressly added to the Sales and marketing contact list. Regards, Tolu Koya Dynamics AX HR specialist | Avontrent Limited
