You can move them quickly by counting or doing inventory movement. But why do you need it in stock? Is it because it is to be picked for sales order delivery? Can you include your production locations at the bottom of your location directive for sales order picking? Then it will fall back on these locations if your standard picking warehouse is empty. You can also in your replenishment routines include the production locations or create a special replenishment that includes these locations and then allocate them to your manufacturing staff or pickers/waterspiders.
