In theory you can build a hyperlink that will open AX and drop them right into the form and item that they need to look at but you'd probably need some customisation for that. From your wording above, it sounds like you want a simpler solution. Why not place an RDP settings file on a network share that's accessible to all and then simply include a file:// URL hyperlink in the email. You should be able to do that out of the box.
